BP Housing is an education, inquiry-review, housing-support, and referral business.
Beverly Palm Shared Housing operates BP Housing. The site combines homeowner education with a consumer inquiry process. Educational pages are intended to stand on their own: a homeowner should be able to learn from them without submitting a form or accepting a referral.
What we review
When a homeowner voluntarily submits an inquiry, BP Housing reviews the information provided so we can understand the homeowner’s stated goals and determine an appropriate next step.
What we do not decide
BP Housing does not determine eligibility, pricing, funding amounts, underwriting, approval, legal rights, tax treatment, or final provider terms. Those matters belong to independent providers and, where appropriate, a homeowner’s own professional advisers.
Editorial independence
Educational content is separate from the referral decision.
Our guides are written to explain the subject, not to make every homeowner choose an HEI or another product. Where an independent source raises meaningful risks, we include those risks. Where terms vary by provider, we say so instead of presenting one provider’s structure as universal.

How review works
Before a guide is published or materially updated, we check the source material, important product mechanics, consumer-risk language, internal consistency, and whether provider-specific terms are clearly identified as variable. Review dates refer to that editorial check; they are not individual professional endorsements.
Primary-source approach
For financial-product mechanics and consumer risks, we prefer government and regulatory material when relevant, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. External sources are identified so readers can review them directly.
