Beverly Palm Shared Housing is committed to conducting marketing, consumer intake, lead generation, leasing related communications, real estate consulting, housing-related services, shared housing services, and referral activities in a truthful, transparent, and consent-based manner.

Beverly Palm Shared Housing provides general real estate consulting, housing-related services, shared housing services, leasing-related assistance, estate and probate-related property consulting, consumer intake, marketing, and authorized referrals. Beverly Palm Shared Housing does not provide lending, mortgage, financial advice, funding, underwriting, approval decisions, legal services, development services, or construction services.

Consumer Inquiry Channels

Consumer inquiries may come from a variety of sources and methods, including:

• Direct contact, phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Written communications and intake or application forms
• Website forms and digital marketing campaigns
• Referrals and other consumer-requested communications

Marketing & Communications Standards

Beverly Palm Shared Housing will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all marketing and consumer-facing communications are accurate, clear, and not misleading. Beverly Palm Shared Housing will not guarantee lease approval, housing availability, placement, acceptance, third-party approval, funding, pricing, estate or probate outcomes, legal outcomes, or any specific result.

Referrals to Third-Party Providers

Beverly Palm Shared Housing may refer consumers to affiliated companies, service providers, vendors, consultants, real estate-related providers, housing-related providers, property-related providers, leasing-related providers, business service providers, or other third-party partners when the consumer requests or authorizes the referral.

Before completing a warm transfer or referral to a third-party provider, Beverly Palm Shared Housing will confirm that the consumer has requested or authorized the referral and understands they are being connected or referred to a separate third-party provider.

Beverly Palm Shared Housing may receive inquiries from homeowners, property owners, heirs, or estate representatives seeking third-party assistance related to property, housing, real estate, estate and probate-related property matters, or liquidity-related needs. When requested or authorized by the consumer, Beverly Palm Shared Housing may refer the consumer to an independent third-party provider. Beverly Palm Shared Housing does not provide lending, mortgage, financial advice, funding, underwriting, approval decisions, or legal services.

Consumer Authorization & Information Sharing

Beverly Palm Shared Housing will not share consumer personal information with any third-party provider, affiliated company, vendor, consultant, or referral partner unless the consumer provides written or electronic authorization, or unless sharing is reasonably necessary to fulfill a service, referral, transaction, or request initiated by the consumer. Consumer authorization may be provided by email confirmation, signed authorization, intake form, application form, electronic consent, or another approved written or electronic method.

Consumer Data Protection

Beverly Palm Shared Housing will handle consumer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Consumer personally identifiable information is maintained in secure, access-controlled business systems. Access is limited to authorized individuals who need the information for legitimate business, referral, compliance, or recordkeeping purposes.

Beverly Palm Shared Housing does not sell consumer personal information for unrelated marketing purposes. Consumer information is used and shared only for legitimate business, housing, real estate, leasing, referral, compliance, consumer-requested, or consumer-authorized purposes.

Publisher Advertising Standards

BP Housing may display third-party advertising on selected educational or informational pages. Advertising will be kept separate from consumer inquiry forms, confirmation pages, privacy or policy pages, and other screens where ads could interfere with a consumer’s ability to complete a requested action.

• Advertising will not be presented as BP Housing advice, a BP Housing recommendation, or a guaranteed provider option.
• Ads will not be intentionally positioned to encourage accidental clicks or obscure navigation, disclosures, forms, or primary calls to action.
• BP Housing will not ask employees, contractors, consumers, friends, or other persons to click ads or generate artificial ad impressions.
• Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.

Complaints Related to Marketing

Any consumer complaint related to marketing, consent, referrals, communication, or data sharing will be handled under Beverly Palm Shared Housing’s Complaint Policy.

Policy Review & Updates

This policy may be reviewed and updated as needed to reflect changes in Beverly Palm Shared Housing’s operations, services, referral relationships, marketing practices, or partner requirements.
